Em inglês há varias formas de pedir permissão, aceitar ou recusar. Vamos ver algumas delas:
1) PEDIR PERMISSÃO INFORMALMENTE:
Informalmente quando tratamos com amigos e conhecidos.
Can I use your phone?
Is it OK if I use you phone?
Como dar permissão:
Yes, that´s ok!
Sure. No problem
Como recusar:
Sorry, I´m using it.
Sorry, I´m waiting for a call.
2) PEDIR PERMISSÃO FORMALMENTE:
Formalmente quando tratamos com pessoas mais velhas ou não conhecemos:
Do you mind if I close the window?
Would you mind if I closed the window?
Is it all right if I close the window?
Como dar permissão:
Of course.
Sure. That´s OK.
Como recusar:
Well, maybe later if you don´t mind.
Sorry. I need some air.
